By placing an order, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a dispute, fraud or anomaly.

7. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided when ordering.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location.

7.2 Delivery charges

Fees are calculated automatically based on:

  • the geographical area

  • the weight of the package

  • the chosen carrier

7.3 Delays

A reasonable delay does not entitle you to a refund.
In case of a problem, we will contact the customer for a personalized solution.

8. Acceptance and conformity

The customer must check the condition of the package upon delivery.

In case of:

  • damaged item

  • error on the order

  • missing article

The customer must report the problem within 48 hours after receipt, with evidence (photos).

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are only possible in the following cases:

  • defective product

  • preparation error

  • damaged item

The books are not accepted for:

  • change of mind

  • customer error

  • wear and tear or deterioration after receipt

Procedure :

  1. Submit a complaint via email

  2. Attach photos and order number

  3. Awaiting confirmation from customer service

Depending on the case:

  • an exchange

  • a replacement

  • a partial or full refund

may be proposed.

10. Retention of Title

The products remain the property of the seller until full payment of the order.

11. Responsibility

The seller cannot be held responsible:

  • from misuse of the product

  • of a malfunction beyond his control

  • due to a delay caused by the carrier
